Height Restrictions:
- Front/corner yard: Maximum 4 feet between front setback line and front facade
- Rear/side yard: Maximum 6 feet
- All front/corner yard barriers must be at least 50% open in design
Material Restrictions:
- Materials must match or complement existing structures (painted/treated lumber, vinyl, wrought iron, painted aluminum, brick, stone)
- Prohibited materials: Highway guardrails, corrugated metal, metal wire/plastic mesh, or materials not designed for boundaries
Special Considerations:
- Front/corner yard structures must be set back at least 3 feet from the right-of-way
- Privacy barriers must have a 2-inch gap between vertical boards and ground
- Installations across drainage easements must be shadow box or open design (50% open)
- No structure shall impede or obstruct drainage
- City may inspect for compliance; if non-compliant, owner may be required to repair, replace, or remove
